Make-Up Monday: The Beauty Department

 The Beauty Department is a lovely new site from Lauren Conrad and friends.  


I am in love with the how-tos and the pretty pictures, and I have officially added this one to my favorites.

    I found this site too! I'm not a big LC fan, but LOVE the Beauty Department. It makes me believe (momentarily) that I, too, can have waves like the celebrities...
