1. Maybe you have thought, "Hmm, I wonder if I could put my debit card through the washer and dryer and have it still work?"

In my case, the answer was yes.

2. Today, my kiddos had to complete the writing prompt, "If I had a ship..."

One boy told me he would sail to his PlayStation.

3. Today was a grumpy, over-tired kind of day.  I managed to remedy this situation with enthusiastic first-graders, fries from Red Robin and Glee on Hulu.

And maybe a little retail therapy at Barnes and Noble.
