Make-Up Monday: Red, White and Blue

Today, I am thankful for a day off to lie on the couch and paint my nails red and watch trashy TV.  (Hello, OPI's High Maintenance and Secret Life of the American Teenager on Netflix!)

Of course, I also realize that Memorial Day has a much deeper meaning, and I am thankful for those men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.

In addition, I am thankful for Memorial Day picnics and blue stripe-y dresses and great minds who sometimes think alike.

I hope your weekend has been fun and relaxing and has involved several different kinds of dessert.
